HELPFUL GRAPHIC HINTS when ORDERING SPECIAL LOGOS / ARTWORK If you have special requirements for logos or special art: Camera Ready Art is required or a computer electronic file. A clean-up or editing charge may occur. COMPUTER / ELECTRONIC FILES We require a file we can open of course, preferably Vertorized EPS files are the best. Some JPEG and Bitmap files can work but are not changeable in any way, they print just like you send them. Otherwise we can not FIX BMP or JPEG files. JUNK IN...JUNK OUT. JPEG, BMP and some PDF files will work for picture and some logos, but that doesn't say that they will always work. Files created on home computers or office programs very seldom will open with our sign program. We generally prefer files created in a truly CAD program such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or any other recognized programs. All TEXT SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO GRAPHIC or otherwise the file will not be opened properly. Crossed lines WILL HAVE TO BE WELDED. NO THICK LINE ATTRIBUTES. NO MAC or APPLE FILES COLOR MATCHING If a specific color is required or matched, then use the Pantone Matching System. I.E. PMS____. We use Signlab 7.1 with the PMS color palette. These colors are as close as you can get without the exact ink formula.
